2: How do I update my email address?
We regret to inform you that we cannot change your registered email address associated with your ROMWE account in order to ensure your account safety.
(1) If you have not made any purchases from ROMWE yet, we recommend creating a new ROMWE account.
(2) If you have unpaid orders or wallet balances in your ROMWE account, we recommend you keep this account until all isssues are resolved. Then you can sign up for a new account.
