You have 45 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on ROMWE.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact ROMWE Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Final sales items and free gifts can't be returned.
All items in bundling promotion is not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns.
How To Return
Steps are easy to follow:
1. If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.
2. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice.
3. Please put your authorization number next to the Recipient name. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned package. The refund will be issued to your ROMWE Wallet or the original payment account per your request. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note：Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like insurance, shipping, COD service charges are non refundable.
